Marketing Manager - Full Time

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team! This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing and supportive environment.

As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. You’ll be hands-on across digital marketing, content creation, event promotion, and brand management, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, plans and campaigns

Manage social media channels, website content, and email marketing

Create engaging content for digital and print platforms

Coordinate events, promotions, and partnership initiatives

Analyse campaign performance and report on key metrics

Manage marketing budgets and external suppliers

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints

About You

Proven experience in a marketing management role

Strong skills across digital marketing, social media, and content creation

Excellent communication and project management skills with a skillset in using our preferred project management software Monday.com

Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently

Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and CRM platforms is essential

Experience in the property development sector will be highly regarded

A passion for creative marketing and achieving results
