About the role

We have an opportunity for a Senior Accounts Manager to be part of our Change Management team, Technology and Communication Services Command. The Senior Account Manager ICT manages the business relationship between the organisational ICT function and its clients to increase the value realised from ICT assets, investments and capabilities. The position also manages hardware service requests, ensuring timely actions and obtaining financial approvals with proper governance. This role involves triaging nonstandard client requests, escalating issues when necessary, assessing and tagging service requests, and conducting site visits to address technical needs as required.

A significant part of this role is mentoring junior team members by providing guidance, training, and support to help develop their skills and knowledge. Additionally, the Senior Account Manager assists with generating and utilising device usage reports, offering valuable insights into usage trends and optimisation.

Furthermore, the Senior Account Manager completes Ad Hoc client support projects as directed by the team manager.
