As an integral part of our team, you will create engaging learning experiences and collaborate with fellow educators to provide exceptional care and education for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement developmentally appropriate learning activities aligned with the Queensland Kindergarten Guidelines (QKLG) and Early Years Framework (EYLF).

Foster a safe, stimulating environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Monitor and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records of their development.

Provide guidance and support to other educators in the room.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.

Valid Teacher's Registration.

Strong knowledge of QKLG, EYLF, and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and education to young children.
