Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement age-appropriate programs that foster children’s development across all domains.
• Create a positive, supportive, and safe learning environment for children.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and staff.
• Observe and document children’s progress, adapting programs to meet their individual needs.
• Collaborate with a team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current Blue card.
• First Aid certificate
• Excellent understanding and working knowledge of the NQF which includes: National Regulations, NQS, and the EYLF.
• Demonstrated experience in early childhood education, with a deep understanding of child development and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire both children and adults.
• A genuine passion for working with young children and a commitment to their well-being and development.
