ADVANCED CHILD CARE EDUCATOR CERTIFICATE III
SHORT TERM CONTRACT - MONDAY 28th April 2025 to FRIDAY 20th JUNE.
Mount Sinai College Early Learning Centre is seeking an Inclusion Support Early Childhood Educator to join our established team.
Part-time role - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 30hrs/week.

Salary Based on Independent Schools NSW (support and operational Staff) Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025. (Salary Range Dependant on qualifications and experience)
Key Responsibilities include:
Working closely with children who have additional needs (such as developmental delays, disabilities, or medical conditions) to support their learning and participation in daily activities.
Have a sound understanding of the National Quality Framework, including National Law & Regulations, National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework.
Implementing tailored strategies that promote inclusion, in collaboration with room educators and the broader team.
Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs
Providing hands-on support and guidance to help children reach their developmental milestones in a safe, nurturing environment.
Liaising with families to provide regular updates and ensure that individual needs are understood and met.
Engaging with external specialists and support agencies to access additional services where required.
Assisting in the planning and execution of inclusive, play-based educational programs.
Assist in covering Lunch Breaks for Educators
Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
Essential Requirements:
Required to hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved)
Experience working with children with additional needs
Valid Working with Children's Check
First Aid Certificate
Full Working Rights (no student visas)
Reference Checks
1-2 years of experience in early childhood education.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
