About the Role
Based out of our busy showroom, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers – in person, by phone, and via email. You’ll handle a high volume of inbound sales enquiries, qualify leads using our proven criteria, and guide customers confidently through their purchase journey.

We use bespoke tools to make the process easier – but it’s your communication skills and assertiveness that will drive results.

Your day-to-day will include:

Engaging with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right solution

Following up leads and managing your own sales pipeline

Closing deals with confidence and care

Helping keep the showroom welcoming and aligned with brand standards

Who We’re Looking For
We’re after a gun salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Experience in caravans, campers, modular buildings, or automotive sales would be highly regarded – but if you’re a strong closer from another field, we still want to hear from you.

You’ll also need:

A proven track record converting leads into sales

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

A self-motivated, organised approach to managing customers and showroom operations

Confidence using CRMs and digital tools to track performance
