About The Opportunity

As a Sales Representative at Bradnam’s, you'll be a key player in shaping the future of our business and helping our customers—builders, architects, and homeowners—transform their ideas into reality. Your role will be central to building relationships across the industry, providing technical expertise, and delivering outstanding customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your sales skills with knowledge of made-to-order products that support residential and commercial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, builders, architects, and homeowners across the region

Provide expert advice on Bradnam’s made-to-order products, understanding customer requirements for building, design, and energy efficiency

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs in a competitive market

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, from project planning to installation

Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and customers’ needs to offer the best solutions

Provide support to ensure customers achieve project success, while enhancing their experience with Bradnam’s products

About You

Sales experience with a strong focus on relationship building and customer service

Understanding of or interest in the construction and building industries, including made-to-order products like windows and doors

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
