About the role

Leading a team of dedicated Project Coordinators to ensure onsite delivery of projects from concept to completion for Tier 1 Commerical projects. Be part of a team that continuously strive to enhance theoir processes and products with a focus on minimising the environmental impact.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand and faciliate project outcomes
• Lead the projects through the design and approval pathways
• Work closley with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the projects objectives are met
• Monitor and report on project progress, managing project risks and issues to ensure delivery within scope, time and budget
• Faciliate regular project meetings, provide status updates, and ensure clear and timely commuication wtih all stakeolders regarding the projects progress and challenges
• Ensure compliance in accordance with quality, OH&S and program requirments

Skills & experience

• Extensive experience in Structural Steel
• Expereince Project Managment with a focus in structural steel
• Project Managment qualification or related field
• Strong understanding of design and design managment requirments and shop drawing reviews
• Experience in reviewing construction and structural documentation and technical spefications
• Ability to manage subcontractors onsite, including the review and issuing of RFI'S while reviewing trade specific variations with the contract administrator
