An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Venue Manager to join our successful and dynamic management team. This is a fantastic chance to step into a key leadership role, overseeing the Bar, Restaurant, and Bottleshop operations in a hands-on capacity.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for leading the team across all departments, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth daily operations, and strong financial performance. Key areas of focus include customer experience, staffing, event coordination, ordering and stock control, and driving promotions and loyalty initiatives.

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on leader with a genuine passion for hospitality and a drive to succeed. The ideal candidate will bring:

Strong leadership skills and team management experience

Previous experience in a similar venue management role

Approved Manager certification

Proficiency in food, beverage, and bottleshop operations

A commitment to outstanding customer service

Experience with H&L POS system

High attention to detail across front and back of house

Ability to build positive rapport with both customers and staff

Honesty, integrity, and professionalism

Current Police Clearance
