Communications & Marketing Officer - NFP Member Association

About the Role
Work closely with the Communications & Marketing Manager to deliver high-quality written content, drive digital engagement, and support major projects. You'll write, edit, and create communications across multiple platforms, helping to lift brand visibility and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit high-quality short and long-form content (e-newsletters, reports, publications, website copy, flyers, etc.).
• Manage and grow the organisation’s online presence.
• Create and schedule campaigns and video content.
• Produce marketing collateral, both print and digital (brochures, flyers, calendars).
• Oversee creative asset production in line with brand guidelines.
• Support multi-channel campaigns for key projects and events.
• Recommend process improvements to boost communication and engagement.

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience and qualifications in marketing or communications.
• Strong copywriting, proofreading, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms, CRMs.
• Organised, proactive, and able to work autonomously.
• Ability to design print and digital content, manage workflows, and work autonomously.
• Ability to interpret brand voice and tailor content for different audiences.
• Association or membership-based experience is a plus, but not essential.
