About the role

North Wyong Aqua Centre is seeking a passionate and experienced Swim Instructor to join our team on a casual basis. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to our students of all ages and skill levels in the Wyong NSW 2259 area. Our swim school offers a supportive and collaborative environment, with opportunities for career development and growth.

What you'll be doing

Providing group swimming lessons to students of all ages and abilities

Implementing structured lesson plans to help students achieve their swimming goals

Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students during lessons

Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your teaching skills

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a qualified swim instructor, with a passion for teaching and a commitment to safety

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students of all ages

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to different learning styles

Current CPR and first aid certification, as well as a valid working with children check

A positive, patient, and enthusiastic attitude, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
