Stanford Swim Schools Australia Pty Ltd is an internationally recognised swim school, currently operating across 23 locations throughout Sydney, Brisbane and Hong Kong and growing fast! Our well-equipped, purpose-built, learn-to-swim facilities are heated year-round. Our progressive learn-to-swim program delivers proven results for our students in a fun, structured environment with a focus on water safety.

Learn to Swim Instructors

We are currently looking for new, enthusiastic team members to join us on our fast-growing journey.

Our Learn-to-swim and Adult Instructors are the core of our success, and enjoy great-hourly rates, ongoing support from our Training & Development Manager and a friendly, supportive team environment. Our motivated instructors teach levels from 3 years old through to stroke development, all with the support of our experienced and professional management & operations team.

Shifts are available from Tuesday to Friday; afternoon shifts are from 3:45pm to 6:45pm. Sat shifts are from 9:30 am to 3:45pm Applicants must be available to work on one weekdays and Sat.

Our current team enjoy flexible shift arrangements that promote a great work-life balance, and include university students, previous competitive swimmers, parents, and those looking for a fun career change.

Experienced LTS Instructors with their current AustSwim or Swim Australia Qualifications enjoy an immediate higher rate to reflect their previous experience. Join our team to entitle a $500 bonus.

Desired Qualifications: (We can assist with all qualifications)

• Working with Children Check (must obtain prior to commencement)
• Provide CPR (Can obtain upon commencement)
• AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (can obtain upon commencement)
• AUSTSWIM Teacher of Adults (can obtain upon commencement)
