Cleantex is looking for reliable, hardworking and friendly people to join our team.

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Wash Area

• Operation of the various front loading washing and drying machines ranging from 18kg loads to 300kgs loads
• Operation of the continuous batch washer (CBW) and its bank of dryers
• Daily sorting and correctly arranging linen that arrives to the facility as required
• Learning how to safely operate equipment and systems. Ensuring that all equipment and surrounding areas are kept clean.

Maintenance

Assisting the Maintenance Manager in the following day to day tasks

• Preventative Maintenace and cleaning of all equipment
• Accurate record keeping, reporting to the Production Manager & Maintenance Manager

To be successful in this role you should have:

• The ability to work as a flexible and engaging team member.
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload in order to meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift and move heavy bags & trolleys throughout the facility.
• Effective written, verbal and communication skills
• Current Forklift license preferred
• Previous Laundry work, or equipment maintenance would be an advantage

• This role is Monday to Friday - No Weekends!
• This role involves repetitive lifting of heavy items
