About the role

Ainslie Laundrette is looking for a part-time Laundry Assistant to join our team in Ainslie, ACT 2602. As a Laundry Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laundrette, providing high-quality and efficient laundry services to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Sorting, washing, drying, folding and ironing customer laundry

Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their laundry needs

Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the laundrette facility

Replenishing supplies and ensuring the proper functioning of laundry equipment

Adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures

Collaborating with the team to deliver a seamless laundry experience

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or laundry-related role, an advantage
