Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with construction supplies business who are searching for a Accounts Payable/Accounts Recieveble officer to join a growing business.This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual with experience across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable who is looking to take ownership of financial processes in a fast-paced environment.

What do you do?

• Manage Accounts Payable – invoice processing, reconciliations, and payments
• Oversee Accounts Receivable – invoicing, payment collections, and debtor management
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end reporting
• Maintain accurate financial records and support compliance requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline finance operations

What do you need?

• Experience in AP and AR functions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A team player with a proactive approach
