On-Site Operations Manager - Trade Fleet Equipment

This position will have broad responsibilities in leading the Factory and Warehouse teams.
This is not a WFH role (all staff work onsite 5 days a week).
Factory Work Hours are 7:00am - 3:00pm.

Skill and Experience
Minimum 10 Years experience in manufacturing/production
Minimum 5 years in a management and leadership role
Experience in Planning and Scheduling is a must
Experience in Motor/Truck Body Building is highly regarded
Experience and knowledge in Machinery Assembly is an advantage
Experience with LEAN practices is highly regarded
Experience with ERP Systems is an advantage
Strong communication and computer skills (including Excel)
Duties and Responsibilities
Planning/Scheduling orders and labour for production/manufacturing (using Excel based tools / ERP)
Manage quality assurance across production and manufacturing
Work with engineering to constantly improve product assembly and production efficiencies
Monitor the use of materials, equipment and plant to minimise waste and damage
Manage and Lead Production Team Leaders and Teams to ensure output meets customer requirements
Ensure work is completed and carried out safely in accordance with WHS Programs & Procedures
Ensure equipment and tools are secure and used correctly
Work with senior management to meet billed production targets
Lead and implement LEAN Practices within production
In addition to the above, lead and manage the Warehouse and Quality Control Teams
What We Offer
Competitive salary package of $130,000 - $150,000 + Super + Bonus Scheme
