A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced fulltime Chef to work alongside the Head Chef and other BOH team at the Burleigh Sports Club.

You will take pride in providing the highest quality customer service to the patrons and ensure the successful running of the kitchen.

As the Commi Chef you will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, including weekly prep planning and high-volume service, ensuring fantastic food quality and safety standards are consistently met. You will guide other kitchen staff, promote a positive and productive work environment as well as implement and oversee kitchen cleaning procedures and schedules.

You will bring:

Proven experience as a Commi Chef.

Trade cooking qualifications.

Passionate, positive, organised, and stay calm under pressure.

Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environments.

Friendly and professional.

Assist the senior chefs in preparing a variety of meals according to menu and orders.

Comply with safety and health policies, procedure and role responsibilities.
