WHAT’S INVOLVED?

Working in a close-knit team you will create a dinning experience to remember. With food sourced fresh to complement our award winning spirits and beverages, we look to create a dining experience that keeps people coming back.

You’ll have a passion for food – as an experienced, qualified chef, you will use your knowledge and skills to prepare and present a premium food offering that will keep people coming back.

You’ll have an eye for detail – you will ensure all meals are prepared to a high standard, with quality and presentation requirements met at all times, as well as maintaining food safety and cleaning standards.

You work well under pressure – you have the ability to keep up with the demands of a fast moving kitchen environment, ensuring meals are prepared and served in a timely manner.

You’ll be resilient – being a part of a commercial kitchen, you have the tenacity and integrity to dust yourself off to strive for future success.

You’ll be a team player – using strong communication skills you will build rapport with colleagues and key stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective running of the kitchen.

You’ll be reliable – This is a full time position working 38 hours per week including weekends and evenings
