Hays is excited to be partnering with this Property Development company based in Melbourne CBD.
Your new role
Reporting into executive leadership, you will be responsible for the group-level finance function.
- Financial reporting for Group entities
- Monitor Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Group entity level work including loan and tax matters
- Consolidation of Group Reporting
- Cash flow forecasting
- Partner with senior leadership
- Establish accounting polices
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have business-level proficiency in written and verbal Mandarin or Canontese. You will have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, in a SME environment. Ideally, you will be CPA or CA qualified, but it is not essential for this role.
What you'll get in return
