The Opportunity
As the Development & Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the marketing, sales, and leasing success of the business. You will monitor and manage all aspects of project marketing to support the Development Manager in maintaining the financial viability of each project. Your role will involve coordinating and supporting internal sales and leasing activities, liaising with project marketing consultants, preparing and managing marketing budgets, and coordinating marketing events. You will also collate financial information and advise the wider development team on project targets, accomplishments, and deviations.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market analysis to provide comparable sales and leasing evidence for feasibility studies and project pricing strategies.
- Prepare and manage project marketing schedules with consideration to project feasibility.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts, supporting the media team to create and publish content, respond to inquiries, and engage with the audience.
- Coordinate project marketing activities in line with established marketing strategies.
- Coordinate sales and leasing documentation, ensuring execution by all parties.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with sales and leasing channels.
- Maintain accurate reporting of sales and leasing inquiries using internal systems.
- Keep up-to-date records of sales and leasing results.
- Communicate timely information to prospective purchasers and tenants.
- Attend development team meetings to stay informed about project timelines, milestones, and hurdles.
- Consult with the development team on innovative marketing strategies and design ideas.
- Conduct site visits to capture construction progress and prepare marketing updates for purchasers.
- Prepare for property settlements, liaising with solicitors, reviewing statements of adjustments, and cross-checking sales information.
- Assist the Development Manager with feasibility studies, planning approvals, and project funding requirements.
- Track project timelines, liaise with consultants, and ensure project documentation is up-to-date.
- Support the development process from site acquisition through to completion.
- Assist the Construction Manager with the selection, sourcing, and research of materials and supplier options.
