What You Will Be Doing

Preparing and processing a wide variety of meat cuts to meet customer and store specifications

Contributing to attractive and well-maintained product displays

Maintaining a clean, hygienic workspace in accordance with food safety standards

Delivering outstanding customer service with strong product knowledge

Collaborating with a friendly and professional team

What You Will Need

Certificate III in Butchery or equivalent trade qualification

Solid experience in retail or wholesale butchery environments

Sharp knife skills and a keen eye for detail

A strong work ethic with the ability to work independently

A commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic workplace
