About the role

We are seeking experienced Knife Hands, Boners , Slicers and packers to join our team at Warroo Game Meats Pty Ltd in Arundel, Gold Coast, Queensland. This position is an integral part of our kangaroo meat processing operations, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency in our meat cutting and preparation processes.

What you'll be doing

Using specialist knives and equipment to expertly bone Kangaroos

Adhering to strict food safety and quality control protocols

Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment

Collaborating with the wider production team to meet daily targets and deadlines

Assisting with other general production duties as required

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Knife Hand, Boner , Slicer, and packers in a commercial meat processing environment

Strong knife skills and dexterity for efficiently and precisely cutting, boning and slicing meat

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

Good communication and teamwork skills

Willingness to undergo training and learn new skills as required
