🙋 About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our close-knit team in Chatswood. You’ll play a key role in supporting our large base of Chinese-speaking customers and freight forwarding clients across Asia–Pacific. Your main focus will be ensuring customer satisfaction, tracking cargo movements via shipping line websites, and supporting internal operations through our in-house invoicing system.

💼 What You’ll Do

Respond to inquiries from clients, mainly importing from China and Southeast Asia

Provide proactive and bilingual customer support (English & Mandarin)

Track vessels and cargo via shipping line websites

Use our in-house invoicing system to manage and update customer records

Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and case resolution

Build lasting customer relationships and uphold service excellence

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential

1–2 years of experience in a customer service role (logistics/freight forwarding preferred)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and organisational ability

Familiarity with Asia–Pacific trade lanes (especially China-AU/NZ) is a bonus

Positive attitude and team player
