The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Accounts Payable Officer to join their team. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in managing purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely procurement of goods and services to support our operations. Responsibilities of the role include:

• Raise purchase orders
• Produce reports on open purchase orders
• Organise and maintain documentation related to purchase orders
• Ad hoc accounts payable responsibilities

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in an accounts payable role
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in ERP software (SAP preferred)
