About the role

PowerSmart Solutions is seeking an exceptional Solar Sales Professional to join our dynamic team on a two weeks on and one week off rotation servicing Mackay and Townsville. This is a salary and commission role with an unbeatable opportunity to earn over 200k in on-target earnings. As a Solar Sales Professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our renewable energy solutions across the region.

What you'll be doing

Conduct in-person consultations with prospective clients to understand their energy needs and propose tailored solar solutions

Prepare and present detailed, professional proposals that showcase the benefits of our products and services

Negotiate contract terms and close sales, ensuring a smooth transition to project delivery

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in solar or renewable energy sales, with a minimum of 3 years' experience

Exceptional consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Driven, self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve ambitious sales targets
