We are currently looking for a friendly, professional and customer focused person to join our team as a Garage Door Technician / labourer, in a full-time capacity.

About the role

In this role you will be a key member of our small team, be the face of our business, helping customers with their garage door needs. Daily job requirements are:

Installation, Service and Repairs on Roller, Sectional and Tilt Doors, and Automated Gates;

Installation and replacement of automatic door and gate openers.

Operational Hours are worked Monday to Friday between 7:30 am - 3:30 pm – no weekends!

Complete work uniforms including shirts, pants and boots

About you.
You will bring the following qualities and experience:
• Previous mechanical, electronic or construction experience
• Be able to lift overhead items
• Current manual drivers license and white card
• Have a positive, customer-service mindset, with a can-do and willing attitude
• Be a supportive member of the team, assisting with increased workload during peak times
• Professional, well-groomed and have pride in your appearance
• Friendly communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Be accountable and ask for help when you need it
• Proficient in using technology ( ie I-pad / tablet )
