A small company of 7 full time staff, we've been in the industry for some 35 years, providing a service for new awnings and blinds as sun shade all over the Melbourne metro area and beyond.

About the Role

We have an opportunity for an experienced Awning Installation Technician to join the team. The position is full-time based on a 38 hour week, from 7.30am - 3.30pm weekdays with Saturday work paid as time and a half.

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

• Deliver quality installation of required products
• Pick up and the transportation of stock from our South Oakleigh warehouse to site
• Follow the installation procedure set down in the order
• Communicate with the client re any queries they may have
• Sign off on the paperwork for the job
• Record the completion of the job by taking photos
• Provide superior service to all customers

About You

Our ideal Installer will:

• Have experience in the trade industry and/or be mechanically minded
• Have the ability to use a wide range of power tools
• Hold a White Card, lift tickets (eg Boom or Scissor lift) and Work at Heights
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Be organised and have exceptional time management skills
• Have a positive, can-do attitude
