This leading non for profit organisation is seeking a Head of People and Culture.
Reporting to general management, this role will take responsibility for the full day to day HR functions. This includes HR policies and procedures, HR strategic partnering, performance management, learning and development initiatives, people and stakeholder management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to build effective working relationships both within and outside the organisation.
You will have relevant tertiary qualifications, with demonstrated work experience in People and Culture management at senior level. You will have deep expertise in performance management, organisational development, HR strategy and implementation. Also, a demonstrated leadership experience encompassing people and budget skills and the capacity to achieve challenging outcomes, successfully managing competing priorities, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
