ARQO Building Pty Ltd is an established residential building company based in Brisbane, with our office located in Norman Park. We are a custom builder specialising in architecturally designed new homes, renovations, extensions, and our own developments. Our current projects range from $500K to $4M, with some luxury builds in the $10M–$12M range across Brisbane and Southeast Queensland.

Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, we are now seeking experienced and qualified tradespeople to join our growing team.

Role/s
We have opportunities available for Leading Hand Carpenters within our residential construction division.

40 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:30pm) plus regular overtime

Full-time, permanent roles (following an initial six-month probationary period) or contract ABN positions available

Requirements

Fully qualified carpenter with a minimum of 3+ years’ post-apprenticeship experience, plus at least 12 months' experience in a Leading Hand role

Own tools, current Australian driver’s licence, and a suitable vehicle

Ability to take direction, lead by example, mentor others, and work collaboratively within a team

Strong communication skills, a positive "can-do" attitude, and a professional presentation

High-quality workmanship and excellent problem-solving abilities

Strong work ethic, high personal productivity, and self-motivation

A willingness to continue learning and developing new skills
