AI & Automation Execution Lead – $200K OTE | Shape the Future of Systems & Agents

About the Role:

We’re creating the future of residential construction — a company built to scale smarter by utilising AI agents, automation, and advanced systems across every part of the business.

This role is about turning innovation into action.

We’re looking for someone excited to lead the implementation of AI tools, automation workflows, and LLM frameworks — integrating them into daily operations across the company.

You’ll work closely with leadership and collaborate with our CTO (AI & Automation Architect) to ensure fast execution while aligning with the company’s systems strategy.

This is a role for someone who wants to be hands-on, innovative, and part of shaping how a modern company operates.

What You’ll Do:

Lead AI & automation execution across the business:

Deploy and optimise AI agents, LLM frameworks (Langchain, AutoGPT, GPT APIs), N8N workflows, HubSpot automations, and more.

Integrate these tools into real business processes across sales, marketing, procurement, finance, and operations.

Collaborate with leadership and the CTO:

Execute quickly while staying aligned with the company’s long-term systems architecture.

Stay on the cutting edge:

Experiment with LLMs, multi-agent systems, pipelines, and emerging tools.

Identify technologies that improve how we work and bring them into the business.

Refine workflows and systems:

Automate processes that free up time and improve performance.

Build dashboards, reports, and tools that keep the company aligned and scalable.

About You:

You’ve worked with or explored AI agents, LLM frameworks (Langchain, AutoGPT, GPT APIs), and automation platforms.

You enjoy building systems that solve practical challenges.

You’re a self-starter, comfortable with figuring things out and delivering results.

You care about innovation and execution — not just ideas, but impact.

$110,000 – $130,000 base salary

Performance bonuses designed to bring the right candidate to $200K OTE (On-Target Earnings)
