About the role

Join the dedicated team at Twin Rivers Nursery as a Nursery Harvester in this CASUAL, but FULLTIME for 3-4 weeks role based in Grove, Tasmania. You will be responsible for harvesting, grading & packing plants grown at our renowned nursery. As a key member of our horticulture operations, your contributions will directly support the growth and success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Carefully harvest and prepare plants for distribution and sale

Maintain the health and quality of plant stock during the harvesting process

Collaborate with the nursery team to ensure efficient and effective operations

Adhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations and procedures

Provide general support and assistance to the nursery as required

What we're looking for

No previous experience in a nursery or horticulture necessary

Strong practical skills, with a knowledge & like of plants is a bonus.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with care and precision

A team player with good communication and a willingness to work.

A commitment to workplace health and safety

Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Being able to operate a tractor & forklift is beneficial, but not necessary

Strong men aged 20-50 are preferable
