ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for an experienced (2 + years) Nursery Worker to join our wholesale nursery in our beautiful Wandin site. If you’re a self starter who is passionate about horticulture this role offers an immediate start. For the right person this role may lead to exciting opportunities for future promotion, such leading a small team of adults with disabilities undertaking nursery work.

You thrive in an outdoor, team-based environment and bring a strong work ethic, physical fitness, and a positive attitude to everything you do. Your excellent communication skills, self motivation and ability to engage with a diverse group of people make you a great fit for our team.

To be successful, you’ll need:

✔ At least two years experience in a wholesale nursery environment

✔ A Victorian driver’s licence

✔ Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination or an authorised medical exemption

✔ Willingness to undergo an NDIS Worker Screening Check

✔ The right to work in Australia

✔ Qualifications in Horticulture are an advantage but not essential
