All4kids Mackenzie is a service of 45 placings. We are an inclusive service who holds a high expectation in delivering the best quality care to all children. We run Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care.

About the role

In this position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service and the management of a team of Educators. You will receive support from a dedicated management team, consisting of your fellow Coordinators and Operational Manager of the company.

As the OSHC Coordinator you will be responsible for:

The development of quality programs

Manage the day-to-day running of the programs

Coordinate staffing and rostering

Ensure compliance with policy

Undertake administrative requirements

Work collaboratively with families and the school community

As the OSHC Coordinator:

You have Completed (or close to completing) a relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum - Diploma of Children's Services)

You have sound experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare

You thrive in delivering Excellent customer service

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills

You have a valid First Aid and CPR certifications, or the willingness to obtain them

You have a current Blue Card and National Police Check or the willingness to obtain one
