38-hour Contract | No Weekends | Public Holidays Off | 2 Weeks Off at Christmas

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated OSHC Coordinator to lead our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) program at Kin Kora State School, Gladstone. If you're an enthusiastic leader who thrives on creating safe, inclusive, and engaging environments for children – we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

Coordinate the daily operations of our OSHC service, ensuring a nurturing and child-focused environment

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational and recreational activities that support holistic development

Lead and support a team of educators, including mentoring, training, and performance guidance

Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and internal policies

Maintain accurate records including attendance, incident reports, and program documentation

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, families, staff, and the wider school community

Manage program resources effectively to ensure a well-organized and stimulating space

Promote a culture of inclusion, respect, and celebration of diversity

What We Offer:

38-hour contract with split shifts (6:00am–9:00am & 2:30pm–6:00pm) + non-contact planning/admin time

No weekends or public holidays

Two weeks off over Christmas

Qualifications

Diploma or higher-level qualifications relevant to working with children in OSHC as per ACECQA (or working towards).
