Position: Outside School Hours Coordinator
Location: Townsville, Queensland
Hours: Up to 38 hours per week. Option to work split shift (morning + afternoon), 10-6pm shift or alternatively negotiate with us for your desired hours. Plus, we are offering flexible hours during school holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of a high quality, inclusive and educational program.
- Supervise and engage with children during outside school hours programs.
- Plan and implement a variety of activities that promote learning and fun.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
- Collaborate with a team of coordinators to share ideas and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to bookings and fees, supported by our dedicated administrative team.
Ideal Candidate:
- Passionate about working with children and creating a positive impact on their lives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
- Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards.
- Current First Aid and CPR.
- Valid current Blue Card (Working with Children check).
- A love for teamwork and excellent communication skills.
