Our client mines (extracts), refines and distributes a natural occurring resource from a small surface mine in Koolyanobbing. Upon washing, blending and stockpiling it is then transported to the Perth Refinery for the manufacturing process.

This role is an opportunity to be a permanent member of a small team, currently a team of 5 in a Field Operations role. This role is diverse and varied and requires in most part to be operating mobile plant and civil equipment such as dozers, excavators, roller, water cart.

This role requires a high degree of multi-tasking and application to all areas of extraction, stock piling, moving, sample prepping as well as general mine site maintenance. We are open to anyone from any location driving into site which is located 40mins north of Southern Cross WA.

You will have your own Room with Ensuite while on roster, as well as food and amenities provided while on shift. Due to the nature of this small operation the living arrangements are a lot more like flat mates as all other areas are shared outside of room.

This role will suit anyone already living remotely in within the Goldfields, Gascoyne of Great southern areas.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Extraction and Stockpile management

Watering of product and irrigation management

Hose coupling and minor TA jobs

Loader/Dozer, roller Operations

Loading unloading B- Doubles

Washing / Blending product

Loading hoppers and shoots

What we are looking for in the individual is:

Operating Mobile Plant Experience required

Mechanical apptitude

Road Maintenance & Labouring

HR/HC Truck Licence

Must be able to work well in a small team environment.

Must have a driver's licence and own transport to drive into site

Must be self-motivated and proactive

Provision of a National Police Clearance

Must be able to present for LABDAS / pre-employment medical
