Your new company is a leading Australian recycling firm that designs, constructs, owns, and operates recycling systems. Our client is seeking a skilled machinery operator to join a well-established team that ensures efficient management of the daily influx of recycled goods.

Your new role

Your new role will see you working as a machinery operator responsible for operating forklifts and/or front-end loaders. Key responsibilities include:

• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Operating and maintaining forklifts and front-end loaders
• Performing general labouring duties to maintain the work environment
• Ensuring materials are correctly handled and meeting quality standards
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Adhering to workplace Health & Safety procedures

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Quality control
• A valid driver's licence or reliable transport
• Relevant machinery operation tickets (forklift, front end loader) are an advantage
• Hep A, B, and Tetanus vaccinations up to date (Hays booked and paid if required)

In return, our client can offer an ongoing Monday-Friday roster, ensuring consistent hours and a work-life balance. There is also opportunities for overtime and public holiday shifts. The Pay rate sits between $33 - $35ph.
