About the role:

We are looking for a Building Designer / Drafter in the Sunshine Coast area with at least 2 years experience in Australian design consulting firms. Your day to day duties will include:

Modelling, design and drafting of residential and commercial buildings and other structures in Revit and AutoCAD in compliance with the NCC, relevant Australian Standards and local government requirements.

Working within a team to prepare drawings, reports, specifications and other documentation.

Coordinating with clients, contractors, builders, architects, and other construction industry professionals.

Requirements:
