Are you an Exercise Physiologist passionate about helping neurodivergent children thrive through movement and play? Ready to work in a purpose-built space with a neuroaffirming team that gets it?

Neurodiverse Playhouse is seeking an enthusiastic Exercise Physiologist to join our Yarraville team for Saturday and Monday shifts, working with a playful, high-impact caseload in our indoor and outdoor clinic spaces.

We are a values-led therapy provider supporting autistic and neurodivergent children through fun, sensory-rich sessions and respectful, family-centred care. Our Exercise Physiology team delivers our Sensory Motor Program, helping kids improve regulation, coordination, confidence and participation.

We’d love to meet someone who:

Is registered with ESSA as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Has experience or a strong interest in primitive reflex integration

Understands neurodiversity and practices from a neuroaffirming, strengths-based approach

Is confident working with children and collaborating with families

Is available Saturdays and Mondays for in-clinic sessions (with potential to expand hours)
