About the Role

. We are looking for a fulltime Rostering Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote position working from home, but must be located within the Brisbane, Logan, Gold Coast areas to be able to attend training and face to face meetings.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and scheduling essential in-home and community-based services for our clients who are supported under Home Care Packages (HCP) moving to the Support at Home Program from July 2025.

Services you’ll coordinate include, but are not limited to, social support, domestic assistance, transport services and all service-based care ensuring each client receives timely and reliable support tailored to their requirements.

This role relies on the use of Visual Care, our client management and scheduling system, so familiarity with or a willingness and ability to learn this platform is essential.

Key Responsibilities

· Efficiently schedule and coordinate in-home and community services for clients.

· Use our customer management software to manage scheduling, client communications, and service

updates.

· Liaise with clients, families, service providers, and internal teams to confirm appointments and service

availability.

· Manage scheduling conflicts, cancellations, and changes in a timely and empathetic manner.

· Maintain accurate records and service notes in CRM

· Monitor service delivery to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with aged care standards.

· Support continuous improvement by identifying scheduling challenges and contributing to workflow

solutions.

· Assist with general administrative duties related to service planning and client support.

About You

· Located within the Brisbane, Gold Coast, Logan areas (Essential)

· Proven experience in scheduling, rostering, or coordination (aged care or community services preferred).

· Familiarity with Visual Care or similar client management systems is highly desirable, but not essential.

· Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

· A client-focused attitude with empathy and professionalism in all interactions.

· Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use software tools.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

· Located within the Brisbane, Gold Coast, Logan areas (Essential)

Qualifications and Requirements

· Prior experience in aged care, healthcare, or a similar scheduling role is highly desirable.

· Understanding of HCP is an advantage (training provided).

· National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

· Current driver’s licence (preferred).

· Australian working rights.

· Secure and reliable internet connection
