Senior Guest Services Assistants | Moranbah/Dysart | 9:5

This position is responsible for supervising the Guest Services team, which involves:

  • Processing bookings and allocating accommodation
  • Performing check in/out
  • Preparing reports
  • Conducting general admin and retail duties

About You:

  • Relevant work experience in accommodation
  • Experience using accommodation software packages (preferably RMS)
  • Excellent computer and administrative skills
  • Team player with remarkable communication
  • Customer service enthusiasm and the ability to work under pressure
  • Remote work experience (highly regarded)
