We’re a boutique agency with fast growth in both property management and sales. We’re now seeking a motivated Junior Property Manager or Leasing Consultant to support our expanding rental portfolio.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinate open inspections, tenant vetting, application processing

Conduct entry/exit condition reports, routine inspections

Manage leasing documentation and ensure all reports are accurate and audit-compliant

Communicate clearly with landlords and tenants

Actively help reduce vacancy through responsive, positive leasing efforts

Upload listings and update platforms (e.g. realestate.com.au)

✅ What You Must Bring

Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC)

Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence

1–2 years leasing/PM experience preferred (new entrants welcome if driven and fast-learning)

High attention to detail; ability to work independently on documentation

Strong follow-up skills, proactive in leasing and client contact

Mandarin speaking is an advantage but not essential
