About the Role – Salon Coordinator – Client Experience

We’re looking for someone friendly, reliable, and service-focused to join our front-of-house team. You’ll be based mainly in South Yarra but will occasionally work from Richmond. Your role will involve creating a welcoming atmosphere and supporting our stylists to ensure seamless, high-quality service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and seating clients

Prepping clients for services

Booking and adjusting appointments

Co-ordinating staff and clients

Assisting with washing hair and making beverages

Supporting stylists to keep the day running smoothly

Maintaining a clean, tidy, and professional salon environment

Who We’re Looking For:

Someone with a passion for hair & beauty

A people-person who loves delivering 5-star customer service

Highly organised with great attention to detail

Able to multitask in a fast-paced salon environment

No prior salon experience needed – just a great attitude & willingness to learn!
