Competitive Pay & Flexibility:

• $30 - $35 per hour (Permanent rate or Casual equivalent), based on your experience and skills.
• 26.5 hours per week: Enjoy a balanced schedule with shifts on Wednesdays, Saturdays & choose from either Thursday or Friday (including late nights!).
• Flexibility to choose between Permanent or Casual employment.

About the Role

This is your chance to be the heart and soul of our salon. As the Salon Coordinator, you’ll be the first smiling face our clients see and the friendly voice on the other end of the phone. Your role will be all about delivering that 5-star customer experience we’re known for, with duties including:

• Greeting clients with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
• Answering phone calls and emails with ease, always ensuring that our clients feel heard and cared for.
• Managing bookings seamlessly and keeping things running smoothly with our booking system.
• Handling payments, administration, and more – keeping the salon efficient and welcoming.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a receptionist role (or as a Senior Hairdresser) – ideally within a hair salon, beauty clinic, medical practice, or a 5-star hotel.
• An exceptional communicator with an engaging, friendly, and warm personality – you’ll be the face of our salon!
• A passionate team player who is excited to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Confident using booking systems and comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word (experience with Kitomba is a plus, but not essential).

• Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Thursdays or Fridays (your choice): 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

**Potential to pick up additional hours during staff leave

Location: Shop 107 Heaths Rd, Werribee VIC (Free all-day parking available!).
