Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. This role combines warehouse operations with sales support, requiring strong organisational skills, customer service expertise, and a proactive approach to growing business relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, customer engagement, and administrative tasks that support both sales and warehouse functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.

Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality control.

Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse.

Conduct regular inventory checks and update stock levels.

Sales & Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers.

Conduct telemarketing to new and existing prospects to promote products and services.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Assist in processing customer orders and coordinating with sales representatives.

Administrative Duties:

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries professionally.

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot) and ERP (Epicor) systems.

Generate reports and assist in sales documentation.

­Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role.

Forklift and Australian Drivers License.

Background in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is highly desirable.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
