About the role

Zapari, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team in Orange, NSW. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of a range of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion of projects

Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution

Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed

Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards

Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and communicate effectively with clients

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance project delivery

Mentor and provide guidance to junior project team members

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects within established timelines and budgets

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to identify and mitigate risks

Proficient in the use of project management software and tools

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

Certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, would be highly desirable
