As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in facilities management to join our dynamic team.

The Role:

We're seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to oversee property maintenance and facilities management projects from inception to completion. You’ll manage multiple projects and coordinate with our operation mangers and project controllers, ensure health & safety compliance, and maintain excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver multiple maintenance and facilities projects on time and within budget

Coordinate internal teams and external contractors

Monitor work quality, safety, and compliance with regulations

Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders

Track project performance and prepare reports

Continuously improve service delivery and operational efficiency

Requirements:

Proven experience in facilities or property management

Strong project management skills and experience overseeing multiple worksites

Knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and health & safety regulations

Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills

Familiarity with project management tools and software
