What You’ll Be Doing

As a Junior Contracts Administrator, you’ll work closely with our project and site teams to ensure projects run smoothly. You'll be trained and guided to take on responsibilities such as:

Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and documentation

Helping manage budgets and timelines

Supporting contract administration and procurement tasks

Communicating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams

Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

You’re enthusiastic, eager to learn, and have a strong interest in the construction industry. You’re organised, a good communicator, and ready to take on a new challenge.

Preferred Skills & Requirements:

QLD Driver’s License

Certificate IV in Building and Construction (or currently studying)

Familiarity with Build Exact, Monday.com, or Build Pass is a bonus but not essential
