Lead with Purpose | Create Lasting Impact

At Allinto, we walk alongside people—not just through systems, but toward outcomes that truly matter. As a fast-growing, independent organisation, we specialise in client-first coordination and navigation across human services. Now, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Ageing and Community Services Manager to help us grow and evolve our impact in the ageing and community care space.

This is more than a job—it’s a career-defining opportunity to lead change, shape services, and ensure older Australians get the care, support, and dignity they deserve.

About the Role

In this newly created leadership role located in Eight Mile Plains, you’ll guide the strategic and operational delivery of our ageing and community programs, with an immediate focus on our Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). Working alongside a values-driven, multidisciplinary team, you’ll report to the Operations Manager and play a key role in strengthening our presence in aged care and beyond.

You’ll shape future service models, grow new programs, and ensure compliance, quality, and financial performance—while keeping people at the heart of everything we do.

What You’ll Do

As our Ageing and Community Services Manager, you’ll lead with heart and strategy—shaping how Allinto supports older Australians to live independently and with dignity.

  • Lead and grow high-impact CHSP and other ageing and community programs
  • Drive service excellence, innovation, and compliance, ensuring quality outcomes and continuous improvement
  • Manage program delivery and performance, overseeing budgets, contracts, and strategic goals
  • Mentor and support a passionate team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, client-first culture
  • Build strong sector partnerships, strengthening Allinto’s position and impact across the aged care ecosystem

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Minimum 3 years' leadership experience in aged care/community services, especially CHSP or HCP (essential)
  • Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, CHSP guidelines, and aged care legislation
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs
  • A collaborative leader who brings strategy, empathy, and clear decision-making
  • Understanding of integrated care systems, including NDIS (or willingness to learn)
  • A values-aligned approach to leadership, inclusion, and client-centred care

Why Join Allinto?

We’re committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of Australians. At Allinto, you’ll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact while working in a supportive and forward-thinking team.

  • Leave Perks: Paid leave with 17.5% leave loading
  • Salary Boost: Access to full salary packaging benefits
  • Retail Discounts: Enjoy savings at hundreds of well-known retailers
  • Career Progression: Training and development pathways to grow your career
  • Purposeful Work: Contribute to something that truly matters

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening
  • Working with Children Check
  • Driver’s licence and ability to travel across NSW as needed
  • First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Full working rights in Australia

Apply now:

Closing date is the 12th of May, but we will be assessing resumes as they come!
