About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accountant ready to take the next step in their career. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in financial reporting, payroll, compliance, and strategic planning. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, driving process improvements, and working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyse monthly financial results with detailed variance reporting
• Deliver accurate financial reports to support informed business decisions
• Manage payroll for both Australia and New Zealand, ensuring full compliance
• Handle key tax obligations including BAS, payroll tax, and superannuation
• Mentor and support junior team members across AP/AR
• Contribute to financial planning, forecasting, and risk management
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive financial efficiency

About You

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and brings a strategic mindset to the table.

You'll Have:

• CPA or CA qualification (or nearing completion)
• Solid experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Strong attention to detail and a knack for meeting deadlines
• Proficiency in NetSuite or similar accounting software
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
• A passion for driving improvements and adding value
